A perfect winter afternoon pairing….
Join us for the release of our 2015 Two Rivers Bordeaux-style blend. We will be joined by White Pepper Catering for an afternoon in the cellar. We’re excited to introduce White Pepper’s fresh Northwest-style cuisine to the Cana’s Feast family. In addition to a vertical tasting of several library vintages of Two Rivers, you’ll also enjoy lunch by White Pepper and a glass of the 2015 Two Rivers.
Guests will have the choice of either:
Cedar-Smoked Pacific Salmon with Barley Risotto, Winter Squash, Parsley Pesto, Shallots, and Lemon
Grilled and Carved Bavette Steak with Roasted New Potato, Hearty Greens, Pickled Red Onions, and Blue Cheese Dressing
$45 per person ($35 for club members)
RSVPs are appreciated but not required (There will be a limited number of meals available at the door).
