This is our latest bottling of this unique wine and likely the only domestic interpretation of Barolo Chinatos. Infused with over 18 different herbs, spices, flowers and aromatic/digestive botanicals, the base is our own Nebbiolo wine with added grape neutral spirits and a touch of sugar. Savor a glass of this memorable wine after dinner as a digestivo or enjoy it mixed into your favorite cocktail. Saluté.
